The Evans Family

A wonderful friend of mine gave me the opportunity to practice my photography skills once again by taking some family photos of she and her three special boys. It was a beautiful day and the Evans family and I had a great time exploring a local park. Their two adorable boys are great friends with my two kiddos and it was hard leaving my kids at home knowing I was going out to have fun with their friends. It was nice however to see this lovely family interacting with one another and enjoying such a gorgeous November day. Thanks Alicia and Joe for giving me this opportunity to tag along with you and the boys!

This one I love! One of my favorite parts of photography is capturing the emotion and precious moments amongst loved ones, and this moment between mother and son just touches my heart. Please forgive me for making it so large, but I've been having trouble with blogger sizing my photos and I just HAD to leave this one large so you can see the JOY in this sweet boys face!

Christmas Cards

I have been having a fantastic time tapping into my creative side and creating Christmas card templates over the last couple of weeks. I finally thought I should share some with you. These can be customized to personalize the font, pictures and in some cases, picture placement (and number of photos). I'd love to hear which ones you like best!

The DeShong Family

About a month ago I was asked to do some family photos for a sweet family I know and we had a blast! I had asked if they were looking for a more nature feel or an urban feel (something new for me) and was excited when they thought the urban sounded fun. We met down in Old Town and everytime I turned around the possibilities were endless for backdrops and settings! Rachel, Ryan and their three girls were incredibly fun and patient and were up for anything. It was a great evening! Here are some of the moments we captured:
